Our 300 thread count, 100% Cotton Sateen ear hole pillow case is custom made here in the US specifically for our Cotton Comfort Pillow, and works well as a piercing pillow case too.
This pillow case which perfectly fits their pillow with a hold in the center is an extra which is very nice to have.
I had purchased the Cotton Comfort Pillow with a Hole for my CNH Ear, but needed a pillow case to to enhance the comfort of the pillow and to keep it clean. I tried other pillow cases with a hole and none of them felt right. They were "scratchy" and the seam around the hole was irritating. The pillow case purchased here was made for my pillow and the quality and comfort is exceptional. The material is soft and smooth and the seam around the hole is smooth and comfortable near my face and ear. Slightly pricey but well worth it. I highly recommend and I now have bought 3 of these pillowcases.

The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish there were more color and design options to choose from. This pillow case gives me the benefit of changing the pillow cover and washing it easily. The quality of the case is the same as my first pillow cover.
