The hole is the same size as all of our larger pillows (4" x 6" at largest point), so your ear will still be cushioned on air while you sleep. Currently available in grey, comfort level soft. Quilted cotton exterior/polyester backing cover is removable and washable; extra covers available.

    I have tried several pillows with ear holes. This is by far the best pillow I have tried.

    This pillow is exactly what I needed for my mum who is 100.5 years old! It will protect her ear and allow her a better more comfortable sleep.
